Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end procurement of non-inventory goods and services, working closely with internal stakeholders and approved suppliers to meet site-specific needs. Key responsibilities include:
  • Raising and managing Purchase Orders (POs) in Oracle ERP, aligned with budget, contract terms and Delegation of Authority (DOA)
  • Sourcing goods and services from the Approved Vendor List balancing cost, lead time, service quality, and value
  • Maintaining accurate procurement records, including pricing, supplier terms, and contract details
  • Supporting budgeting and planning cycles with timely, reliable purchasing data
  • Collaborating with teams across UK and Poland sites to fulfil operational requirements
  • Partnering with Facilities, IT, HR, HSE, and Finance to ensure uninterrupted services
  • Monitoring and expediting orders to meet service levels and deadlines
  • Negotiating with suppliers, resolving issues, and managing contract compliance
  • Driving supplier performance and supporting contract reviews and renewals
  • Leading or contributing to cost optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Providing team support during absences or peak periods
  • Leading assigned projects under the direction of the Supply Chain management team

Key Requirements:
  • Fluency in Polish and English (written and verbal)
  • 1–3 years’ experience in indirect procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations, ideally in manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of sourcing across categories such as facilities, maintenance, IT, PPE, waste, and professional services
  • Strong supplier relationship and contract management skills
  • Familiarity with procurement best practices and governance
  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP or similar systems and advanced working knowledge of MS Windows – Excel, Outlook and Word
