Job Description

Production Assembler 

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Production Assembler to join our high‑performing manufacturing team. In this hands‑on role, you will assemble high‑value components and products used across the aerospace and automotive industries, working to precise engineering drawings and quality standards.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical, meticulous work, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in producing high‑quality, precision‑engineered products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components and products in line with detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Carry out close‑up inspection of manufactured parts using microscopes and other visual inspection tools.
  • Use a range of handheld production tools, including torque tools, small assembly equipment, and specialist fixtures.
  • Perform accurate measurements using verniers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring all products meet strict quality and safety requirements.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a successful, supportive production team to meet daily and weekly output targets.
  • Record production and inspection data accurately and follow established quality procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities within the production area.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment (precision or technical assembly preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • Confident using microscopes, measuring tools, and handheld production equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude.
  • Commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Working Hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:15pm
  • Friday: Early finish
  • Paid overtime available
